Delivery Terms

1.General conditions

1.1.Flower delivery is available in Panevėžy city and area.

1.2.Flower delivery in Panevėžys city costs €5.00, in Panevėžys area €10.00 and in-store collection is free. Musical delivery costs €40.00

1.3.Delivery time is from 10 am to 8 pm.

1.4.We will deliver flowers on the same day when ordered before 5 pm.

1.5.If necessary, we can deliver flowers within 1-2 hours of placing the order. Still, we cannot guarantee delivery on time during the major holidays (Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day).

1.6.For highly urgent delivery of flowers, please get in touch with us by phone or email.

1.7.We also do deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Still, it is necessary to place an order earlier, as the opening hours of our store might be shorter.

2.Buyer's rights and obligations

2.1.The buyer is responsible for indicating the exact delivery address.

2.2.The buyer agrees that unforeseen circumstances may delay the delivery of flowers beyond the seller's control. In this case, the seller is responsible for contacting the buyer and settling the flower delivery conditions.

2.3.The buyer has no right to make any claims against the seller, and the seller is not liable to the buyer: if the buyer has incorrectly indicated the delivery address, telephone number, or preferred time of delivery of the ordered flowers; if the buyer did not accept the ordered flowers through no fault of the seller (did not open the door, refused to accept, did not answer the phone call, etc.); if the buyer does not pay the seller for the ordered flowers or refuses to pay for the ordered flowers without objective reasons; due to technical failures, malfunctions and other disruptions of the online store jusuziedas.lt; due to failures, disruptions and other disruptions of electronic banking; due to failures, malfunctions and other disturbances of the bank's payment card processing system.

3.Seller's rights and obligations

3.1.In all cases, the seller is released from liability for violation of the delivery terms if the order is not delivered on time due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances in the buyer's control.

3.2.The seller or his authorized representative delivers the orders.

3.3.The flowers ordered and delivered to the buyer may differ from the photos presented in the online store jusuziedas.lt due to the seasonality or packaging of the flowers.
